1 - What steps do I take to become a REALTOR?

Complete Course 1, 2 and 3 General/Advanced (either Residential or Commercial) with in 18 months. You must register with RECO after passing Course 3. Once registered, your license is valid for 24 months. This period is called ARTICLING PERIOD.

2 - How do you provide your tuition?

1 on 1 coaching and our tutors also make themselves available to answer your questions out of class via e-mail or phone.

3 - Become a Realtor in 4 months, how is it possible?

Yes, it is possible to get the license in less than 4 months. Think that you start on 1st of March Monday correspondence Course 1, you can write on second Saturday that is March 13th at "OREA" Don mills, you get your result by next Monday by 1 pm. Book your Course 2 on that Monday and write your exam again on the second Saturday from the 15th Monday that is 17th of March, you get your result by next Monday noon. Book your Course 3 (Gen/Adv) Res. or Com. any where 80 hours class, by next Monday that is 22nd March 3 weeks course last day of the course is the exam and take 2 -4 days to get result, that means April 11th , you pass & you get "LICENCE". So it is less then 3 months, just to be safe we saying within 4 months.

4 - Does my tuition fee covers unlimited classes until I pass?

Our tuition fee is a flat fee for unlimited session, until you pass your phase. You can take a free session, sit with us or other student and enjoy the class then decide. It is mandatory to register and pay all fees before attending the tutoring sessions. We charge only once to each phase, our commitment is up to you pass. Charges are for each phase.

5 - Explain about your guidelines for classes.

We are open 7 days a week to provide unlimited support and care. We are flexible from 7:30 am to mid night 10:30pm. Our commitment is up to you pass the exam, it does not matter how many classes you are attending & how long. We will be always there for help.
